There is No Smoking in the cottage! You will be charged $200.00 if caught! Also there are No Pets allowed! Please do not ask.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid at least one of your payments and you cancelled, if we rerent the property you will get your pymt back if we cannot rerent then that pymt or any other pymt that you have made is non-refundable also.
